Each month’s Full Moon presents an opportunity for reflection and rest. It's a good idea to write down everything you brought into your life in the last two weeks during a Full Moon, and then reflect on what feels good and what doesn't.
Find out what aligns with your energy and what does not. You'll be able to clearly distinguish what's serving you from what's taking up space when you bring this into consciousness.
At the Full Moon, cleansing takes place. Let go of what no longer aligns you energetically and surrender.
