Hi, I’m Janae. Thanks so much for being here! I hope my teachings empower you to become aware of who you really are. We are so much more than humans- we are soul beings, living our lives through this human experience and when you become aware of who you are, you have all the answers you need.

Lunar Roots was born from a deeply transformative ayahuasca experience where I connected with my ancestors and felt a powerful call to return to the essence of nature, the rhythms of the moon, and the roots of my being. This journey inspired me to create a space where others can rediscover their connection to themselves, their lineage, and the cycles of life.

My mission is to help you realign with your soul's truth and deepen your connection to the natural world. Through Lunar Roots, I hope to guide you back to your roots while empowering you to honor your unique journey.

I feel deeply connected to the moon’s guidance and find joy in aligning with its energies through yoga, meditation, and intentional practices. The moon serves as a powerful tool for helping me achieve my goals and stay aligned with my highest self. Inspired by this connection, I created Lunar Roots—an inclusive space where individuals can gather for moon circles to foster connection, share experiences, explore their inner worlds, and heal through the transformative power of lunar rituals.

Sacred Offerings

The mother blessing ceremony is a unique and sacred ritual for expecting mothers. Stemmed from the beautiful practice of indigenous traditions, blessing way ceremonies were historically held for warriors preparing for battle, as well as for women preparing for births. Instead of physical or monetary gifts, the focus of the ceremony is on the emotional and spiritual aspects of birthing.

This ceremony is a spiritual declaration that approves the union and wishes the couple prosperity, abundance, and love in their future. In addition to releasing any fears or resistance, the bride can feel deeply loved and supported as she moves bravely into the unknown. A bridal blessing creates an opportunity for reflection and meaningful connection among women.

Each Full Moon and New Moon, we hold Moon Circle ceremonies to celebrate the lunar cycle's powerful energy. Through it, we learn how to align and manifest our dreams. Moon circles are an opportunity to set intentions, clear energy, gain clarity, work through fears, and connect with ourselves through communal energy, ritual, and personal reflection.

This is an intimate space for self-connection. Soul Work provides you with meditative experiences and imaginings for you to see, hear, and receive guidance from the spiritual plane, along with self-expanding journal exercises to manifest, release, and receive downloads from your guides and highest self.
